Definition
Investigators Meetings are limited to a team of scientists that are current employees or contractors (of the exhibitor) who meet to discuss the company’s current trials, investigations, and/or product(s). Investigators meetings are not open to the public and not eligible for continuing education credits.

Friday, October 24 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 25 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Sunday, October 26 7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Monday, October 27 7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Tuesday, October 28 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Criteria
- Content must be related to a current trial, product, and/or investigation.
- Participants must be current investigators or contractors.
- Investigators meetings are not eligible for continuing education credits.
Required Documentation (must be submitted in this order)
- Title of Program
- List of Faculty (including their presentation title(s) and complete contact information, noting whether they have confirmed to speak)
- Program Objectives
- Intended Audience
Application Review and Notification
An acknowledgement of receipt of the application will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours of submission.
Confirmation letters will be e-mailed within two weeks of receipt of the application and will include meeting space assignments.
Function Space
All requests for space in an official hotel must be made through ASM/IDSA and be included in the application. Space assignment is based on the information provided in the application.
A letter will be sent to the hotel authorizing space release upon meeting approval.
The hotel will finalize the meeting requirements directly with the organizer. ASM/IDSA accepts no financial or organizational responsibility for the meeting. Room rental, catering, equipment, or other charges are the sole responsibility of the organizer.
