ICAAC/IDSA SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES
Companies wishing to be a sponsor of the Joint Meeting first must register a staffed exhibit booth. 2008 Joint Meeting support opportunities are listed in detail in the Exhibit Prospectus, in the Exhibitor Marketing Opportunities and Activities section.
Although many sponsorships have been reserved, there are still many left. Please download this sheet as a guide. If you have an idea for a sponsorship, please call us to discuss the possibilities.
Interested companies should fill out the Support Opportunity Reservation Form and fax it to 1-866-644-0189.

Help the Joint Meeting support the Green initiative!
Support for Metro Farecards - $20,000 (more than one exhibitor can sponsor*)
Supporter can print their company logo/artwork, and/or booth number on one side of the card holder and the Joint Meeting logo will be on the other. Supporters can pass out 2,500 farecards from the booth. Farecards will be $5 in value. The list of companies participating in the program will be displayed on signage, in the Exhibit Guide and Final Program
*Note this is not a joint sponsorship. For example, Company X can provide 2,500 farecards and holders with their information, and Company Y can do the same.
