Courtesy Shuttle
The Courtesy Shuttle will operate Saturday, October 24 – Tuesday, October 28.The full shuttle schedule, including hotels served, will be published in the Final Program, on www.icaacidsa2008.org, on flyers, and on signage in each hotel.
Important Note! Production Transport is the official shuttle bus company. If you plan to use another shuttle company, you must obtain a permit from Production Transport. DC Police Officers will not permit unsanctioned vehicles (buses, limousines, cars, and vans) to load and/or unload. You may contact Production Transport directly to arrange for shuttle bus service, limousine/sedan service, etc.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

The Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is the closest of the three airports to Washington. A cab ride from Reagan to downtown Washington costs approximately $20.
Dulles International Airport (IAD)
The Dulles International Airport is 26 miles west of Washington, DC. A cab ride from Dulles to downtown Washington costs approximately $60. Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI)

The Baltimore/Washington International Airport is 30 miles from Washington. A cab from the airport to downtown Washington costs approximately $60.
