Discounted Registration Deadline: Thursday, July 31
ASM/IDSA Nonmember: $550 USD

Advance Registration Deadline: Monday, September 15
ASM/IDSA Nonmember: $625 USD

Although we cannot accept preregistrations after September 15,
on-site registration is available at the same price of advance registration.

Registration Procedures
A registration fee must be submitted to Experient for each room requested in the block with the group registration and housing form. Requests for rooms not accompanied by a corresponding registration fee will not be processed. If any of your attendees are members of ASM/IDSA, a refund of the difference between member and nonmember will be issued after September 15. Complete group registration information must be submitted to Experient by September 15. This must include individual names, addresses, and education level. Failure to submit a name for each registration will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. Experient will accept registration changes and corrections until September 30.

For groups outside official housing block:
If you have obtained housing outside the official block (sub block); you must complete the appropriate sections of the Group Registration and Housing Form and return with payment ($10 USD/room night), to Experient by September 15. Registration will not be processed without the form and payment.

Member Rates
ASM/IDSA membership numbers must be included in section two for registrants to be eligible for member rates. Membership numbers are verified by Experient. ASM/IDSA reserves the right to charge the higher nonmember rate without notification if a member number is not included or cannot be verified. Name Changes
Changes to existing registrations will be accepted at Experient until October 3 at no charge. Changes made on site will be subject to a $100 USD processing fee per change. This fee is due (in USD) at the time that the changes are made. Changes to existing registrations will not be permitted after the group appointment on site. Name changes after the group appointment will be considered a new registration and the appropriate registration fee must be paid.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to
Experient by September 15.

September 15: Deadline to cancel with refund minus $50 processing fee
After September 15: No refunds will be processed

On-site Registration
Group Coordinators who elect to register their group on-site must visit the Group Registration Desk in East Registration of the Washington Convention Center during regular attendee registration hours. Experient will set a time for Group Coordinators to return and pickup registration materials. Complete attendee contact and demographic information along with the completed Registration Form and subsidy payment will be required.
